Toby Bloomberg is the president of Atlanta-based Bloomberg Marketing/Diva Marketing, a social media marketing consultancy that works with companies to understand first and then to develop participation marketing strategies that leverage new media marketing. Toby has served B2B, B2C and higher education clients in launching social media initiatives. Her blog, Diva Marketing, is (usually) ranked in the top 25 of Ad Age's Power 150 and is the 3rd highest ranked female written blog on the list.

Marc has been involved in online systems since 1993, when he founded a BBS-based commercial real estate system. He has worked and consulted for pioneering Internet firms including CarsDirect.com and Physicians Online. He has co founded four startups, two of which currently are active and profitable – ExposureManager.com and Pajamas Media.
